BruxTaxi is a trading name. The legal operator details must be completed before publication.
Data we process
When you request a booking, we may process your name, telephone, email, pickup address, destination, date, time, flight number and travel preferences.
Purpose
The data is used to handle the request, perform the ride, communicate with you and comply with legal obligations.
Retention and rights
Data is not kept longer than needed for its purpose or legal requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion through booking@bruxtaxi.be.
Online payment
If you choose online payment, the information required for the transaction and booking identification is sent to Stripe. BruxTaxi does not receive or store your full payment card number. Stripe processes the payment under its own terms and privacy policy.
Processor
The site may be hosted by Netlify. Form submissions may be stored in Netlify’s secure environment until deleted.
Mapping and price calculation
Pickup and destination addresses are sent to Google Maps Platform to provide address suggestions and calculate the route, distance and duration. With permission, the browser position is used to rank nearby suggestions. Otherwise, an approximate location supplied by the hosting platform may be used for this ranking. When an authorised fare-comparison feed is enabled, the trip information required may also be sent to that provider to obtain price estimates.
