BruxTaxi is a trading name. The legal operator details must be completed before publication.
Booking
A request submitted through the website or WhatsApp only becomes final after express confirmation by BruxTaxi.
Price
The displayed fare is calculated using the route, time, traffic and a market index. The statement of a €3 saving against the lowest compared fare only applies when an authorised comparison feed is available and subject to the minimum operating price. Changes to the route, waiting time, vehicle or passenger count may affect the fare.
Payment
After the fare is calculated, the customer can choose cash payment to the driver or online payment through Stripe. For online payment, the ride amount is recalculated server-side before Stripe Checkout opens. A booking is treated as paid online only after Stripe confirms the payment.
Cancellation
The cancellation deadline and fees must be completed by the operator before publication: ADD CANCELLATION RULES.
Customer responsibility
The customer provides accurate addresses, times, contact details, passenger numbers, luggage and flight information.
